Terms of Purchase – EV Power AB

General

• These terms apply to all purchases from EV Power AB.
• By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
• We may modify these terms at any time.

Ordering

• Orders can be placed via our website, email, or phone.
• We confirm orders in writing and reserve the right to refuse any order.
• You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase.

Pricing and Payment

• All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Full payment is required before dispatch unless credit terms are agreed.
• We accept bank transfer, credit card, and other specified payment methods.

Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates only.
• Risk passes to you upon delivery; title remains with us until full payment.
• Inspect goods upon delivery and report issues within 48 hours.

Installation

• Installation services are subject to a separate agreement.
• Installation must be done by certified EV Power installers for warranty validity.

Warranty

• Products have a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated.
• Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Returns and Refunds

• You have 14 days to cancel your order after receiving goods.
• Return goods in original condition within 14 days of cancellation.
• We’ll refund the price and original delivery charges within 14 days of receiving returns.

Liability

• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of defective products.
• We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Data Protection

• We process personal data as per our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

Disputes

• These terms are governed by Swedish law.
• Disputes will be subject to Swedish courts’ jurisdiction.
